During the procedure, you may be asked about your preferences, like the length, volume, and the overall look. Based on your choices, the procedure is carried out. Some of the precautions to ensure your eyelash extensions last for a while:

• Do not get them wet for 12 to 24 hours after the first procedure. After that, you can wash your face, shower, or even swim.
• Choose a good place to get the eyelash extensions done. This should go without saying. Choose a licensed and experienced lash technician and don’t forget to check reviews online. Also, ensure the glue does not contain allergens.
• Avoid perming your lashes. Perming will cause the lashes to disintegrate.
• Avoid using lash curlers, as they could cause your lashes to disengage from the lids.
• Use a washable mascara for a bit. Waterproof mascaras will cause shedding of the lash extensions. Moreover, apply mascara to the tip so it does not interfere with the glue.
